FM53


Overview

FM5300 is a light and small GPS/GSM terminal suitable for the basic tracking functions. It automatically collects the drive data (such as routes and times) ands sends the information to the server. The driver's logbook and drive data can be accessed via the web interface.

FM5300 can be connected to vehicle electronics or 10V-30V plug for power. Fixed mounting is usually required for a bulk device but it can also be a boxed version with drive category selection or a bulk device with a switch with no detached box (supports up to 8 drive categories). The device has an internal buffer memory so that no data is lost in case of losing the GSM connection for some reason.

FM5300 is an advanced version of the FM2200/FM3200 tracking devices. It has more digital and analog inputs and outputs. FM5300 has all the same features and functionalities as the FM2200/FM3200 with the possibility to include additional switches and a driver identification module.

The Sanding and Plowing Logbook is based on the same idea as Automatic Driver's Logbook. It's a simple and brilliant GPS-based device which saves time, effort and money. A GPS tracking device is mounted to a vehicle and it collects all the drive data as the vehicle moves – an automatic logbook will never forget any travels.

Drive data is automatically stored on a server which is accessible via Internet – no need for manual data transfer or software installation and the data is available anywhere and anytime. The user has an access to the web-based system which generates the logbook information required by tax authorities. The information can also be saved in PDF or Excel format and transferred to external systems.

Overview

FM3200 is a light and small GPS/GSM terminal suitable for the basic tracking functions. It automatically collects the drive data (such as routes and times) ands sends the information to the server. The driver's logbook and drive data can be accessed via the web interface.

FM3200 can be connected to vehicle electronics or 10V-30V plug for power. Fixed mounting is usually required for a bulk device but it can also be a boxed version with drive category selection or a bulk device with a switch with no detached box (supports up to 4 drive categories). The device has an internal buffer memory so that no data is lost in case of losing the GSM connection for some reason.

FM3200 is basically the FM2200 with built-in battery. It has all the same features and functionalities as the FM2200 but it can also continue tracking if the power is switched off.

FM4200 can be connected to vehicle electronics or 10V-30V plug for power. Fixed mounting is usually required for a bulk device but it can also be a boxed version with drive category selection or a bulk device with a switch with no detached box (supports up to 8 drive categories). The device has an internal buffer memory so that no data is lost in case of losing the GSM connection for some reason.

FM4200 is an advanced version of the FM2200/FM3200 tracking devices. It has more digital and analog inputs and outputs. FM4200 has all the same features and functionalities as the FM2200/FM3200 with the possibility to include additional switches and a driver identification module.

The Web interface is the backbone of the whole work and fleet management system. This is the tool that is used for creating reports, real-time monitoring, work schedule and assignment management and all the other features of the system. It's web-based and thus, it doesn't require any software installation and the user is not tied down to a particular computer or post.


Use

The Web interface has been designed to be as simple and easy-to-use as possible. Updates and improvements are made continuously based on user feedback to make the user experience even smoother. The appearance of the Web interface can be customized to fit our customers' needs with the help of logos and colours, for example.

Requirements

All you need is a computer with an Internet connection and a Web browser with JavaScript support. There are no other actual requirements.

Overview

NFC application is the core of many of our work time management services as this method offers pinpoint accuracy and reliability. The idea is that employees carry an NFC phone which allows for tagging at different work sites. The RFID tags are located at different work sites and the working time begins and ends by just touching the tag with the phone. The information is then automatically transmitted to the server in real-time. Tagging couldn't be any quicker or easier!
