MaxTech Expands YESBOOK Notebook Line with 4 New models featuring screens sizes up to 14.1" Las Vegas, NV (November 17, 1997): MaxTech Corporation announced four new Slimline Multimedia additions to its popular Yesbook series of modular notebooks. To keep pace with the growing market for faster and lighter notebooks, MaxTech has added these new high performance multimedia notebooks to its already popular line of Yesbook product in response to increase demand for high portability lighter weight systems. The new YESBOOKS being introduced are: YESBOOK Model X755 PRO: Value priced high performance notebook, featuring compact design and lightweight. Features include screen sizes up to 13.3", Accepts up to Pentium 233MMX, exchangeable CD ROM, stereo sound. YESBOOK Model X756: Full function, high performance and low profile notebook providing full featured multimedia functions. The X756 supports both Intel and AMD processors and features a built in FDD with a swappable CD ROM module for lightweight portability. YESBOOK Model X758: Targeted at the desk top replacement market, the new X758 YESBOOK features a large screen size of 14.1" with 4MB video memory built in and an all in one FDD and CD ROM design. The Unique fully modular twin smart bay design features optional: second battery, second HDD, DVD ROM Drive, MO Drive, ZIP Drive, LS120 Drive and swappable FDD or CD ROM Drive capabilities. YESBOOK Model X759: Also targeting the desktop replacement market, the new X759 features a super large 14.2" TFT screen design and DVD ROM. Also supported is the Intel Tillamook and Mobil Pentium II processors. The X759 will also feature built in FDD and CD ROM drives along with smart bay design for extra battery and drive options. The new X759 is targeted for introduction Q1 of 1998.
